In most situations other then connection issues, ANT Tech Support will use a LogMeIn service to remotely connect to your computer and help you out with any internet related issues/settings you may be having.

Step 1

you through the process!
Step 2
To be assisted in a quick manner, ensure that at very least you have provided the account holders name.
If you are not the account holder, we will be unable to assist you without direct permission.
Step 3
When prompted, SAVE or RUN the file.
Select your browser to get help on starting the program.
Click the Run button at the bottom of your browser window.
If you can't see this, click on cog in the upper right hand corner of your browser and click on View Downloads or press Ctrl + J on your keyboard. From there click on Run in the new window that opened.
Click on the Support-LogMeIn....exe in the lower left hand corner of your browser.
If you can't see this, click on three vertical dots in the upper right hand corner of your browser and click on Downloads or press Ctrl + J on your keyboard. From there click on Support-LogMeInRescue.exe in the new tab that opened.
Click on Save File in the window that popped up. Then click on the blue down arrow in the upper right of your browser and click on the Support-LogMeInRescue.exe there.
If you can't see this, click on the horizontal lines in the upper right of your browser, click on Library on this list and then Downloads. The top entry on this list will be the Support-LogMeInRescue.exe you just downloaded, click on it run the program.
Click on the blue down arrow in the upper right hand corner of your browser and double click the Support-LogMeInRescue in the list.
If you can't see this click on the View in the top menu and then Show Downloads and double click the Support-LogMeInRescue that appears
